  Racist and Bigoted renters!!!! We were profiled by the homeowners of the property we attempted to rent. We were told by the company that "they do not believe their home would be a good fit for your group and have declined to rent to you" for no reason other than giving them a list of my guests names and ages as requested per rental policy. They neglected to ask the business of our rental and we were outright declined without further explanation or inquisition. Apparently a men's church retreat is not welcome with Beachwalk Properties. I am disgusted by this whole situation. Please do not support such a business as this

  Stayed at one of their properties for new year's weekend. The property (inn like a lamb) did not have trash cans. We had to do our own snow removal. The kitchen utensils were outdated and incomplete (lack of lids for all pots and pans) . The information on their website was misleading as the property was not water-front but a few blocks away from the lake. One of the beds was damaged and I was charged for the repair 2 months later.
